Learn About the Fall Fitness Festival Instructors

  • Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Angus is a mother to two beautiful daughters, Tierney (33) and Danyelle (23), and a proud Glam-Ma to Elijah (12) and Emee (5).

Life threw Angus a curveball when Tierney was diagnosed with childhood leukemia at 10, and she was laid off from a job of 16 years after moving to Austin. She hit rock bottom—depressed, stressed, and feeling lost. But she found strength through faith, self-care, and a new love for running. At 40, Angus joined Black Girls Run, and it changed everything. It became her medicine, healing her body and spirit. She became an ambassador for the group, helping others find their way through movement.

Yoga came next, and in November 2023, Angus became a certified instructor. Her father served his Louisiana community, and she’s proud to carry on this legacy by helping others heal and thrive.

Angus has received her certification as a Mindfulness  Meditation  Teacher.

Today, she shows up for herself daily so she can pour into others—because that's what fills her with purpose. Movement is medicine, and Angus's mission is to help others discover their own healing path.

  • Patrice-Symone is a passionate advocate for the intersection of spirituality, science, and music. With a deep understanding of quantum physics, universal consciousness, and esoteric knowledge, she has dedicated her life to exploring the profound connections that exist within the universe.

As a Reiki practitioner, she channels and harnesses the universal life force energy to promote healing and balance in the mind, body, and spirit. This ancient healing practice allows her to tap into the interconnectedness of all things and facilitate a state of holistic well-being for her clients.

In addition to her spiritual pursuits, she has a career as a DJ, where she seamlessly blends her knowledge of cymatics with a diverse range of genres. From the infectious beats of pop, EDM, and Afro beats to the timeless melodies of classical music, she curates immersive experiences that transcend the boundaries of traditional DJing. By incorporating cymatics, the study of the visible effects of sound and vibration, she creates mesmerizing visual displays that further enhance the energetic impact of the music.

Her DJ sets are a celebration of the power of music to uplift, inspire, and ignite profound experiences within the audience. Whether it's the infectious rhythms of hip hop or the soulful melodies of R&B, she aims to create a transformative journey that resonates with the deepest parts of our being.

Through her unique blend of Reiki practice, quantum physics exploration, and esoteric knowledge, she strives to expand the collective consciousness and awaken the innate potential within each individual. She believes that by embracing the interconnectedness of all things and harnessing the power of sound and vibration, we can tap into a higher state of awareness and create a more harmonious world.

Join Patrice on this extraordinary journey of self-discovery, healing, and musical exploration as we unlock the mysteries of the universe and dance to the rhythm of universal consciousness.
